Processing time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Some items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and keep our store lean. During busy periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping destinations


We ship worldwide where available at checkout. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we’re not currently able to ship there.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)

Delivery time starts after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Typical delivery estimates:

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.

Tracking

Where available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Some shipments may show limited tracking updates until they reach your local carrier.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately (for example, if items are fulfilled from different locations). If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at kristi@globalpositivenewsnetwork.com with:

  • your order number
  • your shipping address
  • photos (for damaged items)

We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
