Orders

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship worldwide. 

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days before they ship. Some items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and keep things simple.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical estimates after dispatch:

  • [USA]: 3 - 6 business days

  • [UK]: 3 - 10 business days

  • [Europe]: 3 - 6 business days

  • [International]: 3 - 10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes — where available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Why does shipping cost what it costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your basket. Some items may ship from different locations.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has entered processing, changes may not be possible. Email us at kristi@globalpositivenewsnetwork.com with your order number.


Products

Are your items made to order?
Many of our items are produced on demand (made after you order). This reduces overproduction and helps keep the store lean.

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will the colours look exactly the same as on screen?
Screens can vary slightly, so colours may look a little different in real life. We do our best to show accurate images.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged item, printing defect), contact us at kristi@globalpositivenewsnetwork.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right.

For other return requests (for example, changed mind or wrong size), please contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible. 

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Email kristi@globalpositivenewsnetwork.com with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the damage

  • a photo of the shipping label

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

My parcel says delivered but I can’t find it
First, check with neighbours/building reception and your safe place. If it still can’t be located, email us at kristi@globalpositivenewsnetwork.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, Shop Pay, PayPal if enabled).

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed securely through Shopify.
